CleanPwr is a family-owned enterprise that was incorporated in 2004. President and CEO Joe Heineck is a retired aerospace engineer who comes from a long-time farm family.
Mr. Heineck is a professional member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the American Society for Quality. He has additional professional experience in wind turbine design and is an active member of the American Solar Energy Society.
CleanPwr is based on an operating farm in Washington State, between Seattle and the Canadian border. The organization consists of a group of professional home and power system designers, linguists, and consulting engineers, some of them volunteers.
Devoted to advancing technology and to improving the availability of food in developing countries, CleanPwr offers high value solar and wind-powered products, as well as drip irrigation systems, and plans and support for the local production of solar cookers and solar food dryers.
CleanPwr is represented in Senegal by Mr. Abdoulaye Diallo of Diallo Tours in Dakar, Regional Manager for West Africa.
